The Money Movement Experience Manager defines and improves the end-to-end consumer money movement experience across products, channels, and payment types, including debit card, digital banking, account funding, deposits, ACH, bill pay, and person-to-person payments. The role identifies customer pain points, journey friction, and experience gaps, then develops customer-centric solutions intended to improve satisfaction, adoption, and engagement. It partners with product managers, operations, technology, analytics, marketing, and customer-facing teams to prioritize, execute, and implement experience enhancements across multiple lines of business. The role develops business cases, influences roadmaps, leads cross-functional initiatives, and drives organizational adoption of new capabilities and process improvements. It partners with branch, contact center, and other frontline teams on implementation, training, and adoption to help achieve intended customer and business outcomes. Unlike traditional product ownership roles, it is accountable for optimizing customer journey outcomes and ensuring a seamless, intuitive money movement experience regardless of the product or channel used. The broader product-management responsibilities include supporting the development, execution, and tracking of product or product-line programs through collection, analysis, and reporting of marketing and sales performance data. The role coordinates promotional, marketing, and communication programs; researches competitive and industry data; analyzes sales information and projections; supports training and sales tools; leads product-related special projects; monitors customer behavior, product offerings, providers, and regulatory impacts; and assists with vendor relationships and risk management. It may also contribute to product development, sales tactics, marketing strategies, and geography support. The position is intended to be onsite, with regular work hours that include full days in the office three or more days per week. The manager sets the schedule and in-office expectations. Available locations are Birmingham, Alabama; Atlanta, Georgia; or Charlotte, North Carolina. The position is full-time and exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act, so it is not eligible for overtime pay. The role may be filled at a higher level depending on the candidate’s qualifications and relevant experience. Compensation range target minimum is $103,364.25; the stated median is $139,290.00. The job may participate in an annual discretionary bonus plan and the Long Term Incentive Plan.
