About The Position

Regal is hiring a Senior Product Manager to own a core product surface end-to-end, including its roadmap, execution, and success metrics. The role reports to the VP of Product and partners closely with engineering and design to take initiatives from customer discovery through launch, adoption, measurement, and iteration. The Product Manager will develop a deep understanding of customer workflows and pain points, translate insights into clear product bets, and ship polished product experiences on a weekly cadence. The role calls for a strong generalist who is entrepreneurial, AI-native, technically savvy, and effective at turning complex customer problems into accessible product experiences. The position is based at Regal’s Midtown Manhattan headquarters and follows a hybrid schedule: in office Tuesday through Thursday, with Monday and Friday optional in office.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience as a Product Manager; ideally having owned a key product surface area.
  • Experience driving multiple initiatives end-to-end, from customer problem through launch, and being able to explain their impact and tradeoffs.
  • Deep familiarity with AI-driven product development.
  • Proficiency with Claude Code and Cursor, and an informed perspective on the direction of AI.
  • Strong customer instincts and examples of translating complex technical subject matter into solutions for customer needs.
  • Experience using or working on developer-facing products and comfort engaging deeply in technical execution.
  • Entrepreneurial, high-agency approach: lead with limited hand-holding, act with urgency and ownership, and work effectively amid ambiguity.
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn deeply about customers, the product domain, and technical systems.
  • Ability to form and defend a clear point of view on what to build and why, grounded in a search for how things work.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to bring clarity to ambiguous situations for engineering, design, customers, and executives.
  • High standards for personal and team work, with reliability when incidents occur or customers need support.
