Senior Product Manager (US Cards)

Lendable•Arlington, VA

About The Position

Lendable is hiring a Senior Product Manager to own customer lifecycle management for its US Cards product, from a customer’s first transaction through the rest of their relationship with the company. The role will help prove out the product’s customer book and lead its next phase of growth, shaping a product that is still being defined. The successful candidate will work in a small, data-driven team with substantial ownership of decisions and implementation, closely connected to Lendable’s proprietary AI and credit decisioning. They will use AI tools to build, test, and analyse quickly. The role involves setting the US Cards product vision and roadmap, first achieving market parity and then moving beyond it, while growing the product for its target segment through customer understanding and experimentation. The Product Manager will shape the mobile app experience, develop credit propositions alongside the core Cards product, and work hands-on on implementation and design decisions. They will collaborate across Credit, Growth, Design, Data Science, and Compliance, and partner closely with the US Cards Managing Director. Success is measured through clear, measurable goals and demonstrable movement in outcomes.
