Product Compliance Manager, Credit Cards

Cardless•San Francisco, CA
•$150,000 - $180,000•Onsite

About The Position

Cardless is hiring a Product Compliance Manager to own compliance reviews for its credit card products. The role reviews new cards, features, fees, terms, disclosures, applications, and servicing flows before launch, assesses them against consumer regulations and issuing-bank expectations, and recommends practical changes when needed. The position also takes product and disclosure changes through approval with bank partners and establishes the company's review processes, documentation, and sign-off practices. The role has no direct reports and reports to the CCO. This is a hands-on consumer card product compliance role on a growing team. The person will work closely with product and business teams, interpret regulations where guidance is unclear, document recommendations, and keep teams current when rules change. The position is based in the San Francisco office, with a stated exception for candidates in the Salt Lake City area who can meet with partners there in person.
