About The Position

As a Senior Product Manager at Koddi, you’ll own product strategy and vision for one or more parts of the business. You’ll work closely with engineering, data science, design, and operations teams to define and execute an ambitious roadmap that improves customers’ lives. Koddi is a global technology company providing software and services that help digital marketplaces monetize first-party audiences through commerce media technology and strategy. Its enterprise platforms use first-party data to improve user experience and reach shoppers throughout the purchase path, helping advertisers and marketplaces increase awareness, generate demand, and drive revenue.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a product manager, software engineer, or in a similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Math, a relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Demonstrated ability to drive product strategy, execution, and results.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively and build trust with engineering.
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in writing and speech to internal and external audiences.
• One or more demonstrable personal projects showing creativity and proficiency with AI.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with a first-party ads business, such as a Sponsored Listings program or Google, Meta, or Amazon platforms.
• Experience in the broader display ads ecosystem, such as a DSP, SSP, or CDP.
• Experience with complex enterprise-grade software, such as a CRM, merchant portal, or ads front end.
• Experience presenting to and crafting communications for senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Become an expert on Koddi customers’ needs and the competitive landscape.
• Lead the creation of an ambitious roadmap by combining input from cross-functional partners, knowledge of customers, and industry insights.
• Write clear product documents and detailed AI-driven prototypes that articulate important customer problems and build organizational alignment.
• Gather information for informed decisions through self-driven research, AI, and teammates.
• Advance Koddi’s products by prioritizing, advocating for the team, identifying and resolving obstacles, and potentially building solutions directly.
• Raise the bar for product quality through attention to detail and a commitment to getting things right.
