•$140,000 - $180,000

About The Position

The Senior Product Manager, Data and AI Platforms owns the roadmap and priorities for a governed data and AI platform that brings together property, portfolio, and market information. The role partners with investment, asset management, and finance teams to identify valuable problems, translate them into testable requirements and definitions of done, and ensure that delivered capabilities are adopted and continuously improved. The position leads request intake and discovery, turns recurring reporting requests into reusable platform capabilities, and defines problem statements, metrics, acceptance criteria, and evaluations for AI-generated outputs. It uses SQL and AI tools to prototype ideas against real data, owns validation and release readiness with Data Engineering, and promotes automated quality checks. The role also measures adoption and outcomes, maintains documentation and training, oversees trusted data definitions and governance, coordinates delivery with Technology, vendors, and stakeholders, and reports progress, risks, and value to leadership. Success involves taking ownership of the backlog, intake process, and core metric definitions; shipping a specified release; measuring adoption, accuracy, and time to insight; and establishing trusted, consistent definitions for key metrics across the firm. TA Realty LLC states that it is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to a diverse and inclusive company culture and does not discriminate on the basis of protected status under law.
