ServiceNow•Chicago, IL
•$131,600 - $230,300

About The Position

ServiceNow’s legal team uses its own platform to manage NDAs, procurement contracts, conflict checks, and requests for legal advice. This role owns a portfolio of AI and platform initiatives for the legal technology team within the Global Business Services Experience team, aiming to reduce routine work for legal professionals, speed up responses, and structure legal data for AI agents. The Technical Product Manager will own a multi-quarter roadmap spanning Contract Management Pro, Legal Service Delivery, and connected systems; lead discovery and delivery; and build and evaluate AI agents for legal workflows. The role involves hands-on prototyping and working with engineering to prepare solutions for production, while partnering with ServiceNow’s Product organization to validate enhancements that could become customer-facing features. The position also establishes measures for AI quality, adoption, productivity, and business value, and communicates outcomes and risks to senior leadership.
