  • Track record of building a product roadmap, aligning stakeholders around it, and shipping from discovery through launch and iteration.
  • Working knowledge of security, compliance, or governance concepts, and experience partnering with security or risk teams.
  • Strong analytical skills, including experience defining metrics and using data to drive decisions.
  • Experience building products for developers, partners, or enterprise administrators.

  • Experience automating review, approval, or other operational workflows through product investment.
  • Familiarity with AI agents, MCP, or agentic platforms and the security considerations they raise.
  • Familiarity with APIs, platform extensibility, or developer-facing tooling.
  • Comfort working in an environment where foundations are still being built and priorities evolve.

Responsibilities

  • Own the roadmap for the partner security review experience, from submission through findings, resubmission, and ongoing re-review.
  • Reduce the time and effort required for partners to pass security review through guided submission, clearer status and feedback, and automation of manual steps.
  • Partner with Security Engineering and Security Operations to bring scanning, review tooling, and AI-assisted capabilities into partner-facing products, including for new asset types such as AI agents and MCP servers.
  • Make onboarding, approval, security review, and publishing a consistent experience with less friction and repeated data entry.
  • Define and improve listing quality and trust standards, including compliance requirements and signals customers use when choosing a solution.
  • Build capabilities to keep the catalog current and trustworthy, including re-review, compliance enforcement, and retirement of outdated listings.
  • Partner with Partner Console and marketplace experience teams to deliver consistent trust and quality capabilities for partners and customers.
  • Define and instrument marketplace health metrics, and use results to determine where to invest, scale, change, or stop.
  • Write briefs, PRDs, and user stories, driving work from discovery through launch and using experiments and prototypes to validate ideas before significant engineering investment.
