The person will set the CRO roadmap, run a high-velocity experimentation program, and improve how plans and products are presented to increase family sign-ups and paid subscriptions. The role reports to the Senior Director of Product, Product Led Growth.

Requirements

  • 6 to 8+ years in product management, growth, or CRO, including at least 3 years owning conversion for a consumer website or acquisition funnel in fintech, consumer subscription, or high-growth B2C.
  • A proven CRO track record, with concrete examples of experiment-driven conversion gains across acquisition, signup, or onboarding funnels.
  • Strong understanding of paid marketing, landing page strategy, marketing funnel stages, and how paid channels, audiences, and creative affect on-site conversion.
  • Customer-first UX expertise and a record of improving experiences through research and testing.
  • Deep hands-on experience with Optimizely or a comparable platform, including designing statistically sound tests, managing large backlogs, and interpreting results correctly.
  • Experience optimizing how products, plans, and pricing are presented and compared.
  • Strong analytical skills; comfort writing SQL or working closely with analysts; proficiency in Mixpanel, GA4, or similar tools.
  • Hands-on experience with MarTech and tracking tools such as GTM and Segment; able to write specifications, QA implementations, and debug issues without necessarily coding.
  • Experience leading engineering and design teams and managing cross-functional projects.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills and confidence presenting strategy and results to senior leadership.
  • An ownership mindset, including identifying and fixing gaps in product, process, and measurement.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Contentful or another headless CMS.
  • Background in consumer fintech, financial services, or other regulated industries, including KYC flows.
  • Experience with subscription or freemium models and trial-to-paid conversion.
  • Familiarity with CDPs and using first-party data for personalization.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full-funnel CRO roadmap for paid traffic, tied to registration and paid-subscription targets.
  • Match landing pages to each ad’s intent, audience, and channel, and tailor value-proposition messaging by segment and traffic source.
  • Work with Growth Product and Growth Marketing leadership to develop a multi-channel acquisition testing strategy for each funnel stage.
  • Identify and size funnel drop-off using funnel analytics, session replays, and user research.
  • Streamline the path from landing page through registration and KYC, including multi-step forms and mobile-first flows, while adding trust and compliance signals without harming conversion.
  • Improve plan presentation and comparison to ease customer decisions and sharpen Greenlight’s competitive position.
  • Build and prioritize an experiment backlog scored on impact, effort, and confidence.
  • Design and run statistically sound A/B and multivariate tests across landing pages, plan selection, signup, onboarding, and upsell; manage setup, QA, traffic allocation, readouts, and test velocity based on available traffic.
  • Share experiment results to inform Product, Marketing, Brand, and Lifecycle strategy.
  • Define tracking from landing through plan selection, registration, KYC, and activation, and work with Analytics and Engineering to implement it.
  • Ensure clean data flows from the website into registration, product, and lifecycle systems.
  • Report conversion rate, session-to-registration, registration-to-paid, and downstream retention KPIs to leadership.
