About The Position

CLEAResult is seeking a strategic Senior Product Manager to own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for client- and program-facing analytics products that help clients and program teams understand and optimize program value. This is an individual contributor role involving product discovery, PRDs and prototypes, backlog prioritization, and close involvement in delivery. The role partners with Data & AI, Software Engineering, Client Delivery and Success, and program leadership to build AI-enabled analytics. Products are part of a larger integrated solution, so the Senior Product Manager also owns their connections to upstream source products, the shared data platform, and the client and internal experiences that use them. The role defines a one-to-three-year vision and outcomes-focused roadmap based on client needs, program priorities, and market trends. It owns secure, multi-tenant client dashboards, value realization reporting, and consistent branded reporting that scales across clients while reducing manual work. It also shapes AI-enabled analytics experiences, including conversational tools and AI-generated insights, and establishes guardrails for accuracy, explainability, data access, and human review. The Senior Product Manager works with data engineering and platform teams to translate business needs into data product requirements for data ingested, modeled, governed, and served on Databricks. The position works directly with clients, program managers, and client success teams to understand reporting needs, validate solutions, and conduct roadmap reviews, intake, and release communications. It coordinates with peer product managers on shared data, instrumentation, integration points, and sequencing, and defines and tracks KPIs including analytics adoption, self-service usage, time to insight, data quality, reduced manual reporting, and client satisfaction. CLEAResult describes its culture as people-first and built on trust, accountability, and transparency, with respect and equal opportunity for employees. The role offers the opportunity to help clients understand program value and help program teams improve outcomes for communities, using tools including Databricks and Claude.
