About The Position

Coinbase is hiring a Senior Product Manager to own TRUST (Travel Rule Universal Solution Technology), its Travel Rule platform and consumer experience. TRUST is a network for exchanging customer information required by regulators when crypto moves between exchanges, with more than 200 member VASPs. The role will grow TRUST as a global standard by expanding its network and capabilities, delivering an end-to-end Travel Rule experience, supporting international regulatory requirements, and strengthening privacy and security.

Requirements

At least 7 years of product management experience.
Business development and partnership mindset, including understanding how to build a business, grow adoption, and form relationships that expand a platform's reach.
Experience building platform or API products that other teams integrate with.
Strong consumer product instincts and a focus on easy-to-use, trustworthy customer experiences.
Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional alignment across multiple stakeholders.
Experience with compliance, regulatory, or risk products in fintech or financial services.
Strong analytical skills, including experience defining success metrics for platform health and user experience.
Excellent communication skills and ability to translate regulatory requirements into clear product direction for engineers, designers, and executives.
Responsible use of generative AI, maintaining human oversight and delivering business-ready outputs that measurably improve workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.

Responsibilities

Drive TRUST network growth by signing new VASPs, expanding asset and network support, and leading go-to-market efforts.
Own the end-to-end Travel Rule experience, spanning platform APIs, backend infrastructure, and consumer flows.
Create consumer experiences that make cross-exchange transfers easy, transparent, and trustworthy while regulatory data exchange occurs behind the scenes.
Partner with product groups to ensure their front-end surfaces integrate cleanly with Travel Rule infrastructure.
Enable new Coinbase entities and meet jurisdiction-specific requirements in markets including the EU, UK, and India.
Strengthen TRUST's privacy and security posture.
Lead program health and stakeholder alignment across a complex, multi-team domain as the single-threaded owner.
