We are currently seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our growing Payments & Blockchain team to be focused on unlocking faster, easier, and more reliable access to our platform across global markets. By owning a portfolio of payment rails - both by method and geography - you’ll directly influence how customers make payments to and from their accounts, and how efficiently those flows scale with the business. The Payments & Blockchain team is responsible for the first and last mile of every dollar (digital or fiat) that goes in or out of Kraken. As a member of this team, you will be responsible for driving initiatives that enable best in class local payments, improve success rates, reduce friction in user journeys, and generally adapt our payments infrastructure to meet the diverse needs of users - from first-time retail customers to high-volume institutional partners. This is an opportunity to lead cross-functional efforts spanning backend integrations, partner onboarding, frontend UX, and compliance-sensitive flows for all Kraken users alike. As a Product Manager in our Payments team, you’ll play a critical role in unlocking faster, easier, and more reliable access to our platform across global markets. By owning a portfolio of payment rails—both by method and geography—you’ll directly influence how customers fund and withdraw from their accounts, and how efficiently those flows scale with the business. You’ll drive initiatives that improve authorization rates, reduce friction in user journeys, and adapt our payments infrastructure to meet the diverse needs of users—from first-time retail customers to high-volume institutional partners. Your work will not only enhance the day-to-day experience for users but also directly impact key business metrics such as conversion, retention, and revenue. This is an opportunity to lead cross-functional efforts spanning backend integrations, partner onboarding, frontend UX, and compliance-sensitive flows. You’ll collaborate deeply with engineering, design, fraud, and compliance teams to ensure that payment experiences are high-performing, secure, and built for scale. We’re looking for someone with strong domain expertise in payments, a user-first mindset, and a track record of driving measurable impact. Experience in card acquiring or LATAM payment ecosystems is a plus, but we welcome specialists across a broad range of payment modalities.
