The Payments Product team is focused on delivering seamless, secure, and efficient transaction experiences across the customer journey. The team’s mission is to optimize payment operations, reduce friction, improve dispute resolution processes, and drive operational excellence while balancing customer experience, risk, and business outcomes. In this role, you will be responsible for a critical product vertical supporting payment operations and transaction management capabilities. You will define, build, and execute the product strategy for solutions that support payment processing, dispute and chargeback management, financial operations, and related customer experiences. Specifically, you will identify and deliver innovative product capabilities that improve operational efficiency, reduce revenue leakage, mitigate risk, and enhance the customer experience across Hertz-owned and operated channels. You will also assist in evaluating new technologies, partnerships, and opportunities that support the evolving needs of the business. This is a high-impact role requiring collaboration across engineering, finance, operations, customer experience, legal, compliance, and analytics teams.
