Senior Product Manager I, Growth

SnapsheetChicago, IL
$150,000 - $180,000Remote

About The Position

As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead the discovery, definition, and growth of new products built on top of Snapsheet’s core claims platform. This role is building scalable, highly efficient service-driven products that combine software, workflow configuration, data, automation, and people. You will play a critical role in shaping emerging products—defining how they work end-to-end, how they scale, and how they outperform what exists in the market today. Success in this role is measured by efficiency gains, ROI, and improved outcomes, not just feature delivery.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of product management experience building and scaling SaaS or B2B products, with a strong emphasis on growth, activation, retention, and monetization.
  • Experience improving workflows, increasing efficiency, or materially enhancing how work gets done.
  • Experience working with configurable platforms or systems rather than greenfield software development.
  • Proven ability to adapt in fast-changing environments, leading product strategy through ambiguity, shifting market conditions, and evolving business goals.
  • Strong technical and strategic problem-solving skills, able to translate business and growth objectives into clear product hypotheses, experiments, and roadmaps.
  • Highly data-informed decision-maker who balances quantitative insights (funnels, cohorts, A/B testing) with deep customer understanding to drive sustainable growth.
  • Extensive experience in agile development, partnering cross-functionally to ship, iterate, and scale growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Own the product strategy and vision for tech-enabled claims services, grounded in deep discovery of inefficiencies, gaps, and opportunities.
  • Define, launch, and scale new service-based products by designing end-to-end workflows that blend technology, configuration, and operations.
  • Partner closely with engineering to extend and configure the existing claims platform, unlocking step-change improvements through data, automation, and tooling.
  • Drive efficiency and ROI by using data to measure and improve throughput, quality, scalability, and cost effectiveness.
  • Lead cross-functionally across product, engineering, operations, data, and platform teams, influencing without authority to align stakeholders.
  • Own execution through clear roadmaps and prioritization, making pragmatic tradeoffs while elevating product excellence.
