About The Position

Evergreen Telehealth is a direct-to-consumer telehealth platform launching in September 2026, focused on men's and women's health with advanced therapies. The company is vertically integrated with a national, accredited compounded medication fulfillment network, ensuring control over quality, cost, and patient experience. The platform is built on modern healthcare data standards (FHIR R4), incorporating an AI-assisted clinical documentation and patient engagement layer, a leading cloud EHR, and an event-driven services architecture. Evergreen is a small, senior, fast-moving team backed by an established healthcare organization, offering a unique opportunity to shape the product function from its inception.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of product management experience.
  • At least 2 years as the senior or lead PM on a consumer-facing product.
  • Personal ownership of a DTC subscription product's retention metrics, with ability to discuss LTV/CAC ratio, monthly churn rate, and intervention impact.
  • Experience in healthcare, telehealth, finance, or another regulated consumer domain.
  • Hands-on execution skills, including writing specs, running standups, and pulling analytics queries.
  • Experience working with distributed or offshore engineering teams.
  • Comfort operating as the first product hire with no dedicated product ops or design team.
  • Authorization to work for any employer in the U.S. (sponsorship is not available).

Nice To Haves

  • Experience at a DTC telehealth or digital pharmacy company.
  • Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards (e.g., FHIR) and EHR-integrated product experiences.
  • Experience shipping AI-assisted product experiences.
  • Pricing and packaging experience for recurring-revenue healthcare products.

Responsibilities

  • Own product execution across the patient experience, including discovery, enrollment, conversion, and retention.
  • Translate product vision into a prioritized roadmap and oversee its execution with the engineering team.
  • Own the instrumentation, analysis, and iteration loop for patient cohorts to drive durable, compounding growth.
  • Manage patient funnel instrumentation and analytics, covering the journey from visit to intake to conversion to first fill to refill.
  • Develop and manage the retention and lifecycle roadmap, including activation, adherence, refill continuity, dunning and payment recovery, and win-back strategies.
  • Oversee backlog ownership and sprint-level prioritization with engineering.
  • Create product requirements and specifications for engineering.
  • Make pricing, bundling, and packaging decisions.
  • Ensure launch readiness for the patient-facing experience, including intake, identity verification, checkout, onboarding, and first-fill journey.
  • Define the full-funnel metrics tree and ensure all steps are measurable before launch.
  • Collaborate with the CTO and clinical leadership on pricing, bundling, and packaging decisions.
  • Manage launch triage, prioritizing post-launch fixes against the roadmap with clear trade-offs.
  • Conduct cohort and funnel analysis to drive weekly prioritization, framing trade-offs and driving decisions with the CTO.
  • Collaborate with the VP of Engineering, internal engineers, and offshore development partners on backlog ownership and sprint-level prioritization.
  • Synthesize patient feedback from support tickets, session data, and other sources into roadmap inputs.
  • Develop product requirements and specifications that include clear problem statements, acceptance criteria, and edge cases, respecting regulated environments.
  • Coordinate with clinical, compliance, and pharmacy operations stakeholders to ensure product decisions align with clinical safety and regulatory constraints.
