Senior Product Manager, Growth & Monetization

NanitNew York, NY
$180,000 - $200,000Hybrid

About The Position

Nanit is seeking a growth-minded Senior Product Manager to drive impact across its full revenue funnel. This role will focus on how customers discover, evaluate, purchase, subscribe to, and recommend Nanit's products, from initial website interaction through hardware checkout, software subscription, retention, and referral. It's a high-impact, full-funnel position for a strategic Product Manager capable of identifying and prioritizing high-leverage opportunities in e-commerce and subscription monetization. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to align roadmap priorities with business goals, reporting to the Senior Director of Product.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience, in e-commerce/DTC and/or subscription product companies.
  • Deep data fluency: comfortable with analytics tools (building dashboards, running experiments, and translating data into strategy).
  • Experience with Shopify and the modern DTC stack (e.g., Klaviyo, Attentive, Yotpo, Recharge, Cordial, FiveTran).
  • Strong cross-functional collaborator - effective at working with marketing, growth, engineering, design, ops, and customer success, especially in areas with shared ownership.
  • Excellent prioritization instincts. Comfortable managing a broad scope with lean resources and making smart tradeoffs for maximum impact.
  • Clear communicator - equally comfortable presenting a roadmap to leadership and writing detailed user stories for engineering.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience at a consumer hardware, connected device, or hardware + software/subscription company is strongly preferred (e.g., baby tech, wearables, connected home, health/wellness devices).

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end DTC shopping experience on nanit.com in partnership with the Sr. Director of Growth.
  • Drive e-commerce performance through funnel optimization, A/B testing, UX improvements, and Shopify platform management.
  • Manage the Shopify platform and third-party integrations, identifying new opportunities to enhance customer experience and business performance.
  • Lead the e-commerce aspects of new product launches, including landing pages, pre-order flows, launch-day experience, and post-launch optimization.
  • Evolve subscription strategy end-to-end, focusing on conversion, pricing, packaging, and plan tiers to maximize LTV.
  • Identify and prioritize opportunities for upsell, cross-sell, and revenue expansion within the existing subscriber base.
  • Develop product-led growth initiatives to leverage Nanit’s parent community for scalable acquisition and retention through referrals, reviews, UGC, gifting, and community-driven experiences.
  • Define and track KPIs across the full funnel: site traffic, conversion rate, AOV, subscription attach rate, churn, retention, and LTV.
  • Translate customer insights, experimentation, and data into actionable roadmaps.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, data, marketing, and customer success to deliver high-impact customer experiences and timely product delivery.
  • Stay current on trends in DTC e-commerce, subscriptions, and connected device monetization.
  • Communicate product updates, performance, and strategic recommendations to stakeholders and senior leadership.
