Hex is looking for a Senior Product Manager, Growth to join our Growth & Monetization group. This group spans several work streams, including product-led growth (PLG), new user activation, pricing and billing, and new product bets. Every month, thousands of data scientists and other professionals discover Hex and try the product for the first time. Your job is to make sure their first touch is magical, their path-to-value is swift, and their workflow is forever transformed. The ideal person for this role is just as excited to dive into funnel metrics as they are to sit down with a customer to unpack their pain points. You’ll own the roadmap and execute on bets across the funnel — from first signup to activation to checkout to seat expansion or sales upsell. You’ll partner closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, and Sales to drive measurable business impact, all while upholding Hex’s high quality bar. This role will be hybrid (1-2 days per week in office) out of our NYC or SF office.
