About The Position

As the Sr. Product Manager, Digital Marketing, you will be the engine room of our global digital growth ecosystem. You aren't just a marketing technologist; you are a builder of scalable systems and a driver of digital excellence. Sitting at the intersection of world-class user experience and technical execution, you will ensure our digital marketing portfolio is data-driven, operationally seamless, and optimized for long-term ROI. In this role, you will own the digital product roadmap for the Digital Experience and Engineering team. You will manage a varied portfolio where high-impact initiatives—such as scaling our web-based on-demand platform—are prioritized alongside a broader ecosystem of digital projects designed to drive continuous customer acquisition, web optimization, and pipeline growth. Central to this mandate is applying AI within our digital publishing environment, using structured, modular content architecture and AI decisioning to render hyper-personalized, dynamic experiences for each visitor. You will own that capability end to end—the content models and pipelines that enable personalization, the decisioning layer that selects what renders, and the measurement discipline that proves its effectiveness.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Product Management, Marketing Operations, or Growth Engineering, preferably within a high-growth enterprise software environment.
  • Demonstrated experience shipping AI-powered hyper-personalization into a live enterprise digital publishing environment—an enterprise CMS and DAM estate—where you owned the capability from content modeling through audience decisioning to measured business outcome.
  • Hands-on fluency with the technical building blocks of that work such as content APIs and headless or hybrid delivery, retrieval-grounded generation over a governed brand corpus, integration between a CDP or audience platform and an experience-decisioning engine, and the practical tradeoffs between deterministic targeting and algorithmic models. Deep enough to challenge engineering and data science partners on design, not merely relay their conclusions.
  • Direct experience leading engineering teams through Scrum methodologies, backlog grooming, and Agile delivery.
  • Mastery of the MarTech Stack, including expert-level proficiency with enterprise Content Management Systems (CMS), marketing automation tools, and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Comprehensive understanding of web data architecture, lead flow automation, and the complexities of global B2B demand generation.
  • Proven capability to lead large-scale technical transformations across a varied portfolio of products, with a strong bias toward iterative, data-backed processes.
  • Ability to build deep relationships and influence senior stakeholders across Go-To-Market (GTM) teams without direct authority.

Nice To Haves

  • Expert-level knowledge of Agile methodologies applied to marketing technology and web engineering deployments.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or a comparable enterprise platform (Contentful, etc) across Sites and Assets, including composable and API-first delivery patterns and the migration path from templated pages to reusable content fragments.
  • Experience structuring and marking up published content so it is retrievable, correctly attributed, and cited by LLM-based search and answer engines—and instrumenting that visibility as a reportable channel.
  • A track record of raising throughput in a global publishing org through AI-assisted workflows, with the localization, accessibility, and editorial review gates that keep quality from degrading as volume grows.
  • A proactive mindset—the ability to identify data or process bottlenecks before they impact performance and present them alongside scalable solutions.
  • PMP, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or equivalent Program/Product Management certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Own the comprehensive digital product roadmap and backlog for the Digital Experience and Engineering team, ruthlessly prioritizing initiatives to align with global business goals.
  • Lead day-to-day agile execution, running scrum meetings, sprint planning, and cross-functional team interlocks to maintain high engineering velocity.
  • Author crisp business requirements and technical user stories, ensuring they are fully defined, groomed, and ready for production.
  • Create, implement, and optimize end-to-end product delivery processes, managing dependencies to ensure all marketing technology initiatives ship on time.
  • Define the structured, component-based content models, metadata, and taxonomy that allow a single content object to be rendered as many audience-specific permutations, and introduce AI into the authoring pipeline—automated tagging, enrichment, translation, and generative variant production under human-in-the-loop review.
  • Productize how the site decides what each visitor sees—first-party and account-level signals resolved through the CDP, audience segmentation, rules-based targeting, and ML-driven recommendation and next-best-content models—and set the latency, fallback, and coverage standards these experiences must meet in production.
  • Run the testing program (A/B, multivariate, and holdout cohorts) that isolates the revenue lift attributable to personalization, and own the governance model for AI-generated and AI-targeted content: model and output quality monitoring, brand and factual safety guardrails, and consent and regional privacy compliance.
  • Lead a varied roadmap of digital growth initiatives, driving strategy for specific projects.
  • Manage the digital marketing technology stack and its deep integration into the broader marketing automation and CRM ecosystem.
  • Build and own the lifecycle of lead capture to CRM, ensuring high-fidelity lead flow, data integrity, and immediate sales visibility.
  • Audit the existing digital marketing technology landscape and lead flows, identifying friction points and technical debt to drive systematic optimization.
