About The Position

The Sandberg Goldberg Bernthal Family Foundation (SGBFF) works to build a more equal and resilient world through initiatives like LeanIn.Org, LeanInGirls.Org, OptionB.Org, and the Dave Goldberg Scholarship Program. LeanIn.Org reaches thousands of partners, volunteer leaders, and community members globally with free programs and products. A new community platform, Lean In Connect, allows users to start or join peer mentorship Circles, Networks, or participate as individual members. This role will focus on building the marketing engine for Lean In Connect and its supporting programs (Lean In Circles, Lean In Girls, and Company Programs), driving user acquisition and retention. The Senior Manager, Digital Marketing will own go-to-market planning, multi-channel strategy, and advertising for new and existing offerings. The role reports to the Head of Product and collaborates closely with Programs and Content leads. The team leverages AI for efficiency while maintaining a human voice.

Requirements

  • 5-7+ years in growth, performance, or acquisition marketing, with strength in both B2C and B2B.
  • A track record of data-driven marketing and strong analytic chops: A/B testing, conversion optimization, and independently driving experimentation from hypothesis to results.
  • Experience owning a media budget and deciding channel mix, with evidence of improving efficiency rather than only increasing spend.
  • Experience building and running a go-to-market plan end to end, through public launch to measurable adoption.
  • A habit of testing new acquisition channels before there’s a playbook.
  • Follows how GEO and AI search are changing discovery and how Lean In shows up in those places to acquire new members.
  • Strong creative instincts; ability to write copy and direct design.
  • Strong cross-functional partnership skills, working with Content, Product, and Comms as a peer.
  • Frames performance in terms of both program impact and channel metrics.
  • Proactive communication skills; aligns stakeholders before executing and makes it easy for partners to see where things stand.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive intersectional, inclusive marketing outcomes.
  • A strong commitment to equity and inclusion.
  • Passion for the missions of Lean In, Option B, and the Dave Goldberg Scholarship Program.
