About The Position

The Senior Product Manager will own the strategy and roadmap for OmniSphere's data integrations, enabling secure, reliable data exchange among customers, partners, and customer vendors. The role defines and evolves a scalable integration framework that supports diverse data formats, connectivity models, and delivery mechanisms, balancing interoperability with protection of the proprietary data, intelligence, and workflows that differentiate the platform. This position operates at the intersection of product strategy, technical architecture, partnerships, and data governance. It collaborates with Engineering, Operations, Architecture, Product, external vendors, and partners to deliver reliable, scalable integration capabilities aligned with broader product priorities. Success includes understanding the integration landscape and its gaps, improving integration reliability or deployment effort, establishing a prioritized roadmap tied to business outcomes, and creating a data-sharing model that addresses customer needs while protecting data.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of product management experience, including meaningful experience with data integration, platform, API, or interoperability products.
  • Experience defining and scaling integration frameworks involving multiple data formats, connectivity models (such as API, EDI, file-based, and event streaming), and delivery mechanisms.
  • Working knowledge of data governance, access control models, and privacy and security considerations in B2B data sharing.
  • Track record managing vendor or partner relationships involving shared technical roadmaps or integration commitments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical integration concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience partnering closely with engineering and architecture teams on cloud-native systems.
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, or another highly regulated industry.
  • Familiarity with integration platforms and patterns such as iPaaS, ETL/ELT, HL7/FHIR, EDI, webhooks, and event-driven architecture.
  • Experience building customer-facing integration monitoring, configuration, or self-service tools.
  • Background in data licensing, data monetization, or intellectual property considerations related to proprietary data assets.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and evolve a scalable framework for secure, efficient inbound and outbound data exchange.
  • Align data integration roadmap priorities with strategic product priorities and business value; identify integration coverage gaps and define solutions.
  • Support diverse data formats, connectivity models, and delivery mechanisms, and ensure connectivity across customers, partners, and customer vendors.
  • Deliver an integration management experience covering operational monitoring, configuration management, implementation enablement, and troubleshooting.
  • Establish a granular data-sharing model that gives customers needed operational data while protecting differentiating data, intelligence, algorithms, and workflows.
  • Partner with Security, Product, and the Data Governance Committee to define purpose limitations and data-sharing policies.
  • Build and maintain vendor and partner relationships, resolve shared customer integration issues, and improve collaboration on shared technical commitments.
  • Represent the integration platform in customer and partner conversations and translate technical capabilities into business value.
  • Prioritize roadmap deliverables; define requirements and acceptance criteria; and partner with Engineering on sprint planning and delivery.
  • Coordinate and document validation, testing, and implementation plans with cross-team partners.
  • Regularly communicate roadmap, trade-offs, and progress to stakeholders and leadership.
