  • Proven experience delivering large-scale, cross-functional technical initiatives and managing complex backlogs against stakeholder needs.
  • Solid knowledge of modern data architectures, including data lakes, warehouses, and lakehouse models, and ETL/ELT pipelines.
  • Working knowledge of streaming and event-driven architectures such as Kafka and Pub/Sub, APIs, and microservices.
  • Skill in planning, prioritization, program management, and defining measurable KPIs for technical platforms.
  • Clear written and verbal communication with technical and executive audiences.
  • Systems thinking, sound technical and business judgment, and a structured, metrics-driven, outcome-oriented approach.
  • Interest in building reliable, production-grade data systems that deliver measurable impact.

  • Prioritize initiatives that improve data reliability, quality, performance, and cost efficiency.
  • Set a product vision for data assets, APIs, and self-service capabilities, leading end-to-end data lifecycle management.
  • Define data production standards, including SLAs, freshness targets, quality thresholds, and availability metrics.
  • Partner with Data Engineers and Software Engineers on architecture, pipelines, API contracts, and data access patterns.
  • Establish intake, prioritization, and delivery frameworks, with KPIs for pipeline health, adoption, reliability, and latency.
  • Coordinate planning cycles for data platform investments and address technical debt and scalability risks early.
  • Ensure data systems can support real-time, AI/ML, and high-volume analytical workloads.
  • Translate complex business requirements into scalable product requirements and participate in design reviews.
