Sr. Product Manager, Customer Data Platforms

NBCUniversal•New York, NY
•$150,000 - $190,000•Hybrid

About The Position

NBCUniversal’s Media Group is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the Customer Data Platform (CDP) product domain within the Customer Experience Platform (CXP) MarTech team. This individual-contributor role is responsible for the CDP as a shared global platform: the identity and audience data layer serving Peacock, SkyShowtime, and NOW. The Senior Product Manager is the primary intake point for CDP requirements from MarTech local teams across all three propositions, owns and prioritizes the backlog, and drives delivery in partnership with Engineering and Decision Science. Solutions should be designed globally and scale across applications rather than being built for a single product. The role serves Peacock, SkyShowtime, and NOW MarTech and Marketing teams by gathering and translating needs into platform requirements, balancing priorities against platform impact and engineering capacity, and maintaining visible, current documentation and roadmap status. It partners with Decision Science and Engineering on instrumentation requirements, event schemas, platform events, data capture, pipelines, attributes, and feed delivery. The role also coordinates delivery milestones, testing, and QA sign-off between marketing stakeholders and technical teams. This position currently follows a hybrid schedule requiring work from the office at least four days per week. The position is eligible for company-sponsored benefits. The stated salary range is $150,000–$190,000, with bonus and long-term incentive eligibility.

  • Comfort operating in a matrixed environment and building alignment across engineering, data, and marketing stakeholders at varying seniority levels.
  • Technical curiosity and fluency to engage meaningfully with engineering and data engineering teams without directly owning the platform.
  • Flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities in a global, multi-product organization.

  • Positive, collaborative, and energetic approach in a fast-moving streaming environment.
