  • At least 3 years of experience in material handling, intralogistics, warehouse automation, or supply-chain technology.
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex cross-functional development, commercialization, or lifecycle programs.
  • Experience delivering products through a formal development or tollgate process.
  • Strong commercial and strategic-business acumen, including experience with business cases, budgets, revenue, margin, pricing, and portfolio trade-offs.
  • Solid technical foundation with the ability to work across mechanical, electrical, controls, and software topics.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, prioritization, and leadership skills in a global, cross-functional organization.
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for current or future sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

  • MBA or master’s degree in engineering preferred.
  • Strong project-management capability; five or more years of direct project-management experience or PMP certification is preferred.
  • Experience with shuttle, goods-to-person, or ultra-high-density storage technologies is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and own execution-focused product roadmaps, schedules, milestones, and delivery plans for assigned product lines.
  • Drive the tollgate process from TG00 through TG90, including review readiness, risk closure, decision documentation, cycle-time management, and on-time delivery.
  • Manage assigned products across new product introduction, beta deployment, commercialization, sustaining, modernization, and sunset activities.
  • Maintain product requirements, lifecycle status, configuration expectations, and commercialization-readiness evidence.
  • Prioritize development and sustaining activities based on customer impact, commercial value, execution risk, and strategic alignment.
  • Lead the cross-functional product team when a dedicated project manager is not assigned and establish an effective cadence for status, risks, dependencies, escalations, and decisions.
  • Maintain the integrity of product business cases and manage development activity within approved budgets and investment assumptions.
  • Monitor and communicate product-line performance, including order intake, revenue, margin, win/loss/drop insights, investment, and major commercial risks.
  • Support market-based pricing, value proposition development, sales enablement, and regional opportunity reviews.
  • Provide product-level inputs to STRAP, AOP, budget prioritization, and lifecycle planning.
  • Serve as the primary Case & Tote Storage Product Management partner for AMCS sales, solution development, project execution, customer service, manufacturing, procurement, and regional leadership.
  • Own AMCS readiness and adoption of globally developed products, including regional requirements, product gaps, launch dependencies, and execution constraints.
  • Ensure AMCS priorities are represented in global product-development decisions while minimizing unnecessary regional product variations.
  • Support AMCS customer opportunities, beta deployments, modernization requirements, and significant field issues.
  • Capture customer and project feedback and translate it into prioritized product improvements.
  • Coordinate closely with global Product Management, R&D, and sustaining teams.
  • Partner with R&D and engineering teams to define requirements, evaluate technical trade-offs, manage risks, and support timely product development.
  • Coordinate activities across Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality, Solution Development, Project Execution, Customer Service, Marketing, Technical Publications, Training, and external partners.
  • Own and maintain applicable product tools and artifacts, including GPC, SRRs, product requirements, roadmap content, and Solution Delivery documentation.
  • Ensure documentation, training, configuration information, application guidance, and sales-enablement materials are available for commercial release.
  • Partner with Marketing and Communications on product launches, customer materials, internal communications, demonstrations, and trade-show support.
  • Ensure product commitments can be consistently delivered, commissioned, serviced, and supported.
  • Develop a practical understanding of AMCS customer requirements, market trends, competitor offerings, and project-execution challenges.
  • Engage customers and customer-facing teams to collect feedback and identify opportunities for product improvement.
  • Act as a customer advocate while balancing standardization, technical feasibility, lifecycle cost, and business-case integrity.
  • Support sales and solution-development teams in determining product fit, identifying gaps, and shaping repeatable solutions.
