About The Position

The Senior Amazon Manager will lead the company’s Amazon channel as a distinct revenue channel, with an individual revenue target and responsibility for day-to-day Seller Central operations. The role covers planning the assortment and advertising, launching products, managing inventory, protecting the brand, and monitoring channel performance. The position reports to the Squad Lead Growth. The role is based on a full mobile office model, with work possible throughout Germany. German at C1 level and English at B2 level are prerequisites.

Requirements

At least four years of responsibility for an Amazon Seller account in Germany with significant revenue.
C1-level German and B2-level English.
Experience with food, dietary supplements, or Health & Beauty, including applicable rules for product claims in these categories.
Confident use of Amazon Ads, including generic campaigns and larger budgets.
Experience planning FBA inventory across multiple products.
Routine use of tools such as Helium 10 or Data Dive, Brand Analytics, and Search Query Performance.
Ability and habit of using data to justify decisions.

Responsibilities

Own the channel’s revenue and contribution margin, including annual planning and weekly reporting.
Manage daily Seller Central operations, including Account Health, Buy Box, and cases with Seller Support.
Manage Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, deals, and events such as Prime Day, measuring performance by TACoS and profitability.
Launch new products on Amazon, covering listings and GTINs and coordinating with Logistics and Regulatory.
Plan FBA inventory with the fulfillment partner, including inbound shipments, best-before dates, and storage limits.
Protect the company’s brand on Amazon.
