Senior Product Manager

As the Product Manager at Zilliz, you will be responsible for defining the product roadmap features and working closely with customers, engineering teams, and operational stakeholders. Your role will involve creating demos, driving working backward documents, and developing business requirements documents. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional problem-solving skills, strong industry business judgment, and experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams. You will have the opportunity to shape the product strategy, manage the entire product life cycle, and work with key stakeholders to deliver on the vision for Zilliz's vector database products.

• Create and execute a product strategy that caters to the needs of vector database users and customers
• Manage the entire product life cycle, from strategic planning to tactical execution
• Launch the vision, product strategy, and roadmap for the company's products and collaborate with key stakeholders to achieve that vision
• Define product requirements documents based on a deep understanding of market segments, target customers, and the product
• Collaborate with customers, engineering teams, and operational stakeholders to define product roadmap features
• Create demos and drive working backward documents (PRFAQs)
• Demonstrate exceptional problem-solving skills and strong industry business judgment
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development and delivery
• Possess strong customer empathy, technical acumen, and entrepreneurial spirit
• Interface with and lead teams of all levels, being both technically deep and business savvy.

• A Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 3+ years in product management
• 3+ years of industry experience in a database system or MLOps
• Strong customer empathy, strong technical acumen, and entrepreneurial spirit
