Senior Product Manager

As the Product Manager at Zilliz, you will be responsible for defining the product roadmap features and working closely with customers, engineering teams, and operational stakeholders. Your role will involve creating demos, driving working backward documents, and developing business requirements documents. The successful candidate will possess exceptional problem-solving skills, strong industry business judgment, and experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams. You will also be tasked with executing a product strategy that caters to the unique needs of vector database users and customers, managing the entire product life cycle, and delivering on the product vision and roadmap. A Bachelor's degree in a related field, 3+ years of product management experience, and a strong technical acumen are required for this role.

• Create and execute a product strategy that caters to the needs of vector database users and customers
• Manage the entire product life cycle, from strategic planning to tactical execution
• Launch the vision, product strategy, and roadmap for the company's products
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to deliver on the product vision
• Define product requirements documents based on market segments, target customers, and product knowledge

• Create demos and drive working backward documents (PRFAQs)

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Have at least 3 years of experience in product management
• Have at least 3 years of industry experience in a database system or MLOps
• Demonstrate strong customer empathy, technical acumen, and entrepreneurial spirit
• Be technically deep in the relevant field.
