Senior Product Engineer 2, TPRM

Drata•San Francisco, CA
•$157,500 - $252,000

About The Position

Drata is hiring a Senior Product Engineer to build and own end-to-end workflows, integrations, and AI-powered experiences for its Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) platform. The platform helps customers maintain vendor inventories, collect evidence such as SOC 2 reports and ISO certifications, assess evidence against their criteria with an AI agent, and produce audit-ready reports. The agent accelerates assessments, while people remain responsible for final risk and approval decisions. The engineer will take features from customer problem definition through design, implementation, rollout, documentation, and production monitoring. The role calls for strong technical ability as well as judgement, ownership, clear communication, and comfort working on under-defined problems. Engineers are expected to manage releases and feature flags, ensure the user experience and documentation are usable, monitor production health, partner closely with Product, and address bugs and technical debt as part of delivery.

  • Ability to understand customer needs, make progress on under-defined problems, and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical partners.
