About The Position

OASIS is DXC’s internal agentic AI platform for its delivery workforce, supporting enterprise clients across Infrastructure, Workplace, BPS, Cybersecurity, and Applications. The Senior Product Designer will help shape the platform’s next chapter and own end-to-end design across major surfaces, from problem framing through launch. The designer will work on a small, cross-functional team where Product Management, Design, and Engineering collaborate from the start of problems. The role emphasizes rapid prototyping to identify design challenges early, setting a high bar for design quality, extending the design system, and partnering with Product Management and Engineering on consequential product decisions. The designer will also help improve design practice, processes, and standards across the team. The team follows a human-centered process of Discover, Define, Design, and Deliver. Every feature begins with a defined user problem; Confluence is used as the record and Jira to manage work. Prototyping is an integral part of the design process.

Requirements

At least 7 years of product design experience; B2B SaaS, enterprise platforms, or AI products are preferred contexts.
A portfolio demonstrating depth in interaction design, information architecture, and visual craft.
Fluency in rapid prototyping using Figma, Lovable, code, or other suitable tools, with a track record of using prototypes to resolve design questions early.
Ability to work through ambiguity, frame problems, generate direction, and drive execution independently.
Ability to make complex technical and operational experiences feel simple and clear.
Strategic thinking combined with strong attention to design craft and detail.
Clear communication across audiences, including executives and engineers.
Curiosity about agentic AI and conversational UX, with a point of view on the direction of these patterns.

Nice To Haves

Experience designing for technical or operational users such as engineers, operations leads, or automation specialists.
Experience with platforms that surface metrics, dashboards, or data-heavy interfaces.
Experience working closely with researchers and combining qualitative and quantitative signals.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end design for major OASIS platform surfaces, from problem framing through launch.
Prototype early and often to pressure-test ideas before they enter a sprint.
Partner with Product Management and Engineering from the start of a problem.
Conduct user research with internal users and clients, and use findings to ground design decisions.
Shape and extend the design system as the platform grows.
Raise the bar for design quality and mentor the broader team.
Influence design processes and standards across the team.
