About The Position

OASIS is DXC’s internal agentic AI platform for its delivery workforce, supporting enterprise clients across Infrastructure, Workplace, BPS, Cybersecurity, and Applications. The Senior Product Designer will help shape the platform’s next chapter and own end-to-end design across major product surfaces, from problem framing through launch. This role is part of a small, cross-functional product team that brings Product Management, Design, and Engineering together from the start of each problem. The designer will prototype rapidly to identify and resolve design challenges early, set and advance design quality and systems, and collaborate closely with Product Management and Engineering on consequential product decisions. The role also includes conducting user research, mentoring the broader team, and influencing design practices and standards. The team uses a human-centered Discover, Define, Design, and Deliver process. Confluence is used to record work and Jira to manage it; prototyping is integrated into the design process. DXC prioritizes in-person collaboration while offering flexibility to support wellbeing, productivity, work styles, and life circumstances.

Requirements

At least 7 years of product design experience; B2B SaaS, enterprise platforms, or AI product experience is preferred.
A portfolio demonstrating depth in interaction design, information architecture, and visual craft.
Fluency in rapid prototyping using Figma, Lovable, code, or other suitable tools, with a track record of using prototypes to resolve design questions early.
Ability to work in ambiguity, frame problems, generate direction, and drive execution independently.
Ability to simplify complex products for technical and operational users.
Strategic thinking and strong attention to craft, including both long-term vision and pixel-level detail.
Clear communication across audiences, including executives and engineers.
Curiosity about agentic AI and conversational UX, with a point of view on where these patterns are heading.

Nice To Haves

Experience designing for technical or operational users such as engineers, operations leads, or automation specialists.
Experience with platforms that surface metrics, dashboards, or data-heavy interfaces.
Experience working closely with researchers and using qualitative and quantitative signals together.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end design for major OASIS surfaces, from problem framing through launch.
Prototype early and often to pressure-test ideas before they enter a sprint.
Partner with Product Management and Engineering from the beginning of a problem.
Conduct user research with internal users and clients, and use findings to ground design decisions in real problems.
Shape and extend the design system as the platform grows.
Raise the bar across the design practice and mentor the broader team.
Influence design processes and standards across the team.
