Urban Ridge Supplies•Albany, NY

About The Position

OASIS is DXC’s internal agentic AI platform for its delivery workforce, supporting enterprise clients across Infrastructure, Workplace, BPS, Cybersecurity, and Applications. The Senior Product Designer will help shape the platform’s next chapter and own end-to-end design across major product surfaces, from framing problems through launching shipped products. The role emphasizes rapid prototyping to identify and resolve design challenges early, setting a high bar for design quality, advancing the design system, and partnering closely with Product Management and Engineering on important product decisions. The designer will join a small, cross-functional team where Product Management, Design, and Engineering collaborate from the beginning of a problem. The role partners with the existing Product Designer and reports to the Director of Product Management and User Experience. The team follows a human-centered Discover, Define, Design, and Deliver process, records work in Confluence, and uses Jira to manage work. Prototyping is an integral part of its problem-solving approach. DXC prioritizes in-person collaboration while offering flexibility to support wellbeing, productivity, individual work styles, and life circumstances. Full-time hires are eligible for DXC’s benefits program. The stated compensation range is $95,900–$178,100, subject to factors including experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, contract-specific affordability, and organizational requirements.
