About The Position

The Senior Product Designer owns end-to-end UX and UI design across a digital product portfolio, creating intuitive and accessible experiences that meet user needs, solve meaningful problems, and support business objectives. The role spans products, audiences, and platforms, adapting design approaches to users and goals while maintaining a consistent standard of quality. Strong mobile-first and responsive design experience is critical. Using Figma, Figma Make, and AI-assisted design tools, the designer explores concepts, creates interactive prototypes, and validates solutions before development. The role partners closely with Product, Engineering, and Research from discovery through implementation and ongoing improvement. The team shapes digital experiences for users across global markets, using customer-centered design, shared design systems, and AI-enabled prototyping to create cohesive experiences and meaningful product improvements. The position has no supervisory responsibilities. A bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is required. Herbalife offers a variety of benefits to eligible U.S. employees.
