Granum•Atlanta, GA
•$140,000 - $190,000•Remote

About The Position

Granum is seeking a Senior Product Designer to help advance its design practice and shape a core area of its platform as the company moves from software that records work to software that acts on customers’ behalf. The designer will partner with product and engineering, champion customers, and contribute to the strategy and execution of AI product features, agentic experiences, and AI-assisted building. The role emphasizes systems thinking, problem solving, and design that supports business outcomes. The designer will own problems from framing through shipment, creating intuitive experiences that simplify complex workflows for field and office crews and their clients. They will use AI tools to prototype, test, and ship ideas; design agentic experiences with appropriate visibility and confirmation; meet customers in person and on calls; and help evolve design systems and design operations across multiple platforms and brands. The product serves small and medium-sized businesses and combines consumer-grade visual design with strategic workflow needs. Granum describes its environment as collaborative, innovative, supportive, and committed to meaningful work and shared values. The role is remote, as indicated by the job posting’s #LI-Remote tag. Compensation is CAD 140,000–190,000 for Canada-based candidates and USD 140,000–190,000 for US-based candidates. Candidates must already have authorization to work in Canada or the United States; Granum does not sponsor work authorization.
