About The Position

The Senior Product Designer drives discovery, workflow design, interaction design, and user experience strategy across key compliance capabilities. The role combines hands-on design execution, product thinking, stakeholder influence, and continuous improvement. The designer will deliver high-quality user experiences while helping modernize design practices through experimentation, collaboration, emerging technologies, and efforts to raise the organization's design maturity. This role is part of a growing Design team shaping how design operates within a complex, business-critical domain. It suits someone who thrives in ambiguity, builds structure where little exists, and wants to help develop a modern product design practice. Working closely with Product, Design, and Engineering, the Senior Product Designer will help define both what is built and how the teams work, contributing to design practice maturity while delivering meaningful user experiences. The position offers startup-style ownership and enterprise-scale impact. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; visa sponsorship is unavailable. Candidates must be based in Denver or Atlanta, or be willing to relocate to one of those locations. The role is hybrid, with at least three days per week in the office. Relocation assistance is not provided.
