About The Position

The Design team at Jane aims to simplify complex work for practitioners, allowing them to focus on their clients. The Payments team specifically works on making financial management reliable, clear, and human-centered. This role is an opportunity to design cohesive, end-to-end financial systems, moving beyond individual features. The Senior Product Designer will define financial trust for various clinic types, influencing how clinics get paid and their confidence in using Jane.

Requirements

5+ years of product design experience in a SaaS or similar environment.
Strong systems thinking and design skills, with a portfolio that demonstrates clarity, craft, and intentional decision-making across complex workflows.
Experience leading user research and turning insights into decisions that improve product outcomes.
Fluency with modern design tools and comfort working in iterative, collaborative workflows.
Understanding of how AI systems work and how to design trustworthy, human-centered AI supported experiences.
Proven ability to manage stakeholders at all levels through clear storytelling.
