About The Position

The Senior Pricing Analyst is a member of the Pricing & Estimating (P&E) team and reports to the Director of P&E. The role contributes to proposal teams by assisting the Proposal Manager and other team members with developing cost proposals and conducting pricing exercises. Proposals must be fully supported, compliant, current, accurate, and complete, and must meet customer requests, Federal Acquisition Regulations, and company policies.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, with 5+ years of experience.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the business.
Ability to work well with others across multiple disciplines.
Understanding of the application of FAR and DFARS principles.
Basic knowledge of general accounting processes, procedures, and rules.
Must be a United States citizen, legal permanent resident (i.e., naturalized citizen), a person granted political asylum, or a person granted refugee status by the United States government to conform to U.S. Government export regulations.

Nice To Haves

Advanced Excel skills.
Working knowledge of ProPricer is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Work with proposal managers, bidders, procurement, contracts, and other estimators to develop, update, and maintain cost proposals.
Analyze labor-hour estimates, material estimates, travel, and other cost and pricing data to ensure values are well supported.
Write descriptive narratives that describe and support numeric proposal content.
Prepare management review slides.
Prepare cost/price volumes compliant with customer requests.
Support post-submission activities, including audits, fact-finding, and negotiations.
Follow established procedures and work under general direction.
