About The Position

AIT Worldwide Logistics is seeking a Senior Pricing Analyst to prepare air quotes, assist with RFQ bids, and conduct reporting analysis. The role works with internal customers, air carriers, foreign offices, air product leads, and sales teams to develop competitive air freight solutions, negotiate rates, support shipments, and build effective trade lane programs. The analyst also provides performance reports to management and may take on other duties as business needs require.

Requirements

• At least five years of work experience and/or an associate degree.
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to interact professionally with associates and customers at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison with internal customers to solve problems related to air shipments and service.
• Provide a clear communication link among AIT, internal customers, air carriers, and foreign offices.
• Prepare quotes and enter them into CargoWise.
• Work with air product leads to provide competitive solution designs for clients.
• Negotiate spot rates with airlines and establish contract rates for specific origin-and-destination pairs.
• Design and roll out effective air trade lane programs for overseas agents and offices.
• Build relationships with internal offices and sales departments.
• Provide regular performance reports to the management team.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as business demands require.
