About The Position

AIT Worldwide Logistics is seeking a Sr. Pricing Analyst to prepare air quotes, assist with RFQ bids, and conduct reporting analysis. The role works with internal customers, air product leads, airlines, overseas agents, and foreign offices to solve air-shipment and service issues, develop competitive solutions, negotiate rates, and support air trade lane programs. The analyst also prepares quotes in CargoWise and provides performance reports to management. Other duties may be assigned as business needs require.

Requirements

At least five years of work experience and/or an associate degree.
Related experience.
Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to interact professionally with associates and customers at all levels.

Responsibilities

Act as a liaison with internal customers to solve problems related to air shipments and service.
Provide a clear communication link between AIT, internal customers, air carriers, and foreign offices.
Prepare quotes and enter them into CargoWise.
Work with air product leads to provide competitive solution designs for clients.
Negotiate spot rates with airlines and establish contract rates for specific origin-destination pairs.
Design and roll out air trade lane programs for overseas agents and offices.
Build relationships with internal offices and sales departments.
Provide regular performance reports to the management team.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as business demands require.
