About The Position

The Senior Prevailing Wage Compliance Specialist provides national labor-compliance leadership and advanced oversight for complex, regulated utility-scale construction projects. The role is the escalation resource, subject matter expert, and accountability owner for prevailing-wage compliance across all geographic regions and assigned projects, including work under preparation, negotiation, or underway after award. It requires autonomy and sound professional judgment to maintain consistent labor-compliance standards, audit readiness, and adherence to federal, state, and local requirements. The specialist oversees compliance across multiple projects and contractors, manages complex requirements for self-perform work and multi-tier subcontractors, audits classification requests and supporting records, and interprets prevailing-wage, fringe-benefit, apprenticeship, workforce, and labor-agreement requirements. It also collaborates with project teams, legal, payroll, clients, contractors, unions, and government representatives to address documentation and compliance issues, manage certified payroll submissions, and meet reporting deadlines. This is a fully remote position that may require travel to SOLV Energy offices or jobsites. Location details and travel expectations will be discussed during the interview process.
