CEO GLOBAL PRESIDENTIAL PROGRAM - ROTATIONAL LDP, ONLINE (MASTERS/MBA, UNDER 5YRS EXP)
About The Position
The Senior Presidential Associate (SrPA) Program is part of the larger CEO Global Presidential Program. It is an intensive, 24-month rotational program consisting of four six-month rotations designed for impending graduates of Master’s and MBA programs with under five years of work experience. This leadership development program integrates customized and diverse professional rotations with continuous development, strength-based coaching, mentoring, group networking opportunities, and strategic thinking initiatives to accelerate professional growth. We engage the participants' creativity, learning agility, and innovation to create bespoke experiences that attract, develop, and retain ELC’s next generation of leaders. The Online track focuses on the increasingly important role of e/m-commerce and digital innovation in today’s retail landscape. The Online SrPA will be exposed to various functions within our organization with a focus on online commercial programming, site merchandising and analytics, and online marketing across brand.com and retailer.com. There will be a particular focus on emerging channels such as Amazon and TikTok Shop, which are fast-growing areas of the business.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Master's or MBA degree with a graduation date between December 2026 and August 2027.
- Under five years full-time non-internship work experience between undergraduate and graduate studies.
- Relevant internship or work experience.
- Demonstrated record of achievement.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Permanent US work authorization at the time of application, without restriction.
- Ability to relocate to New York City.

Responsibilities
