About The Position

The Presidential Management Associate (PMA) Program is part of the larger CEO Global Presidential Program. It is an intensive, 24-month rotational program consisting of four six-month rotations designed for impending graduates of MBA programs with over five years of work experience. This leadership development program integrates customized and diverse professional rotations with continuous development, strength-based coaching, mentoring, group networking opportunities, and strategic thinking initiatives to accelerate professional growth. We engage the participants' creativity, learning agility, and innovation to create bespoke experiences that attract, develop, and retain ELC’s next generation of leaders. The Global Supply Chain track focuses on areas including manufacturing, planning, sourcing, and distribution. The Global Supply Chain PMA will gain exposure to strategic sourcing, tactical purchasing, logistics, supplier quality, global planning, and production scheduling. Sample Rotations include Global Supplier Relations, Global Business Planning (Estee Lauder), and North America Customer Supply Chain. Upon successful completion of the program, PMAs are considered for Director-level roles at ELC, based on business needs, evaluations, development rate, contribution, and previous work experience.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing an MBA degree with a graduation date between December 2026 and August 2027.
  • Over five years of full-time non-internship work experience between undergraduate and graduate studies.
  • Relevant prior work experience.
  • Demonstrated record of achievement.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and leadership skills.
  • Permanent US work authorization at the time of application, without restriction, and without requiring future sponsorship.
  • Ability to relocate to New York City.

  • Global exposure/study abroad is a plus.

Responsibilities
