About The Position

The Piping Engineering & Analysis discipline evaluates piping systems in accordance with applicable codes, including ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code, ASME B31.1, and ASME B31.7. Specialty work includes vibration monitoring and analysis, vibration prevention and mitigation solutions, hydraulic transient evaluations, thermal stratification evaluations, operability evaluations, qualification of piping for hydrodynamic loads, pipe rupture evaluations, assessment of pipe wall thinning caused by flow-accelerated or microbiologically induced corrosion, and pipe flaw evaluations. This senior-level position provides technical support through complex engineering calculations and designs. The engineer prepares and reviews discipline designs responsive to project needs, monitors assigned staff, and supports engineering design projects through calculations, design reviews, specifications, vendor coordination, reports, proposals, budgets, schedules, and project work plans. The position also requires clear technical communication with project teams, managers, and clients. The role follows a hybrid schedule requiring in-office work three days per week.
