About The Position

The Senior Personal Lines Insurance Specialist provides quotes to prospective customers, discusses options, and consults with customers to meet their insurance needs. This role is responsible for building relationships and producing insurance sales. This role differs from a Personal Lines Specialist as the Senior brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the role, and sets an example for other team members with performance and professionalism.

Requirements

• Property & Casualty License (Required)
• Active Property & Casualty License required.
• Insurance experience necessary.
• Ability to successfully manage different projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• The ability to speak and write in a clear and calm manner, ensuring customer satisfaction above all.
• Ability to plan and operate in a well-organized manner.
• Ability to work as a part of a team, as well as maintain a positive attitude and good energy in the workplace.
• A senior team member is expected to set the highest standard in both success and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with prospects – WE PROVIDE LEADS!
• Quote and sell policies
• Protect the best interests of both our clients and insurance company partners
• Follow up and see tasks thru to completion
• Appropriately document contact opportunities
• Act with professionalism in all cases, using a sales and service mindset
