Remitly is expanding its services to small and medium-sized businesses, focusing on customer acquisition. This role is crucial for driving paid new customer acquisition (NCA) and managing Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and scaling paid media engines in a data-driven digital marketing environment. This position offers the opportunity to own the entire paid media strategy, from investment decisions and campaign planning to execution and results management. The role reports to the Head of Marketing and will manage a significant paid budget across the US, Canada, UK, and EU. It requires a hands-on approach, a strong understanding of performance marketing, and the ability to own outcomes.
