The Zebra is seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to enhance customer engagement through thoughtful, performance-driven touchpoints that are useful, delightful, and drive conversion.

Requirements

  • Strong sense of ownership, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and a dedication to continuous improvement.
  • 7-10 years of experience in performance marketing, with direct ownership of paid social channels (Meta, Snap, TikTok strongly preferred)
  • Proven track record of scaling campaigns and optimizing CAC/LTV
  • Comfort with data analysis, A/B testing, and performance measurement (e.g., Google Analytics, MMPs, internal dashboards)
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate performance insights into business impact
  • Curiosity and adaptability — eager to experiment with new channels and approaches

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in insurance, fintech, or another high-consideration category is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Own performance marketing campaigns for our affiliate program (Impact Radius), media networks, and other emerging platforms.
  • Continuously test new channels, partners, and creative formats to expand our reach and uncover scalable opportunities.
  • Develop hypotheses, design experiments, and measure results to drive insights and optimize ROI.
  • Manage budgets, pacing, and forecasts across multiple campaigns and channels.
  • Partner with creative and brand teams to brief and refine ad assets tailored to each platform.
  • Report on campaign performance, channel mix, and learnings to cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Stay ahead of trends in performance marketing and identify new opportunities for growth.
