We are seeking a Senior Manager, People Operations to join our lean People & Culture team at a pivotal moment in ATTOM’s growth. This is a newly created role designed to expand People team capacity and serve as a thought partner to the Chief People Officer owning the optimization and automation of our people technology ecosystem (ADP, Lattice, Knoetic), ensuring HR compliance and regulatory readiness, and supporting people programs across performance, engagement, and AI workforce enablement. This role is ideal for an experienced HR professional who combines operational discipline with a systems mindset – someone who can identify where automation unlocks efficiency, maximize what existing tools can do, and ensure programs land well with employees. You will partner closely with the CPO to bring people programs to life, drive participation, and deliver a consistently positive employee experience across a fully remote workforce.
