This new role will focus on optimizing and automating people technology (ADP, Lattice, Knoetic), ensuring HR compliance and regulatory readiness, and supporting people programs related to performance, engagement, and AI workforce enablement. The ideal candidate will have a strong operational discipline and systems mindset, capable of identifying automation opportunities, maximizing existing tools, and ensuring positive employee experiences in a fully remote workforce. The role involves partnering closely with the Chief People Officer to execute people programs and drive employee participation.
