Senior Partnership Engagement
About The Position
DarkStar Intelligence is seeking a Senior Partnership Engagement specialist in McLean, VA to support our on-site customer. This is a Full-Time position requiring a Current TS/SCI and Current Counterintelligence Polygraph. The role involves outreach and engagement within a functional area, analyzing reports for programmatic efficiencies, and developing various reports for the customer, partners, and stakeholders. The specialist will support partnership engagement and outreach by facilitating conferences, symposiums, and events, and provide input into communication plans. Key responsibilities include coordinating engagements with senior officials, developing briefings and talking points, acting as a technical liaison, facilitating working groups, and using JIRA for request processing.
Requirements
- Requires a TS/SCI with Polygraph
- Requires BS +18 years of experience, MS/MA and 10+ years of experience, or no degree and 24+ years of experience
- Executive Level written and oral communication skills required
- Previous partnership engagement and outreach experience with IC and Private Sector partners
- Working knowledge of Cyber Threat Intelligence
- Experience working in the Intelligence Community

Responsibilities
- Outreach and engagement within a functional area.
- Analyze reports to draw conclusions about programmatic efficiencies and value.
- Develop and deliver required contracts, departmental, project and/or financial reports to the customer, partners and stakeholders.
- Support partnership engagement and outreach by facilitating planning, logistics, development and execution of conferences, symposiums and events.
- Provide input into operational and strategic communication plans to drive utilization of client programs.
- Coordinate, schedule, and facilitate partnership engagements with senior officials and executives from the public and private sectors and academia.
- Develop briefings, talking points, and point papers in line with requirements specified in the client's strategic partnership plan.
- Acts as a technical liaison with partners.
- Facilitates and coordinates working group meetings and authors post meeting reports and summaries of conclusions.
- Uses JIRA to receive, process, track, and monitor requests for specific services.
