About The Position

This role focuses on outreach and engagement within a functional area, analyzing reports to identify programmatic efficiencies and value. The advisor will develop and deliver various reports to customers, partners, and stakeholders, and support partnership engagement by facilitating conferences, symposiums, and events. Key responsibilities include providing input into communication plans, coordinating engagements with senior officials, and developing strategic documents. The position also involves acting as a technical liaison, facilitating working groups, and using JIRA for request management.

Requirements

BS +18 years of experience, MS/MA and 10+ years of experience, or no degree and 24+ years of experience
Experience with Cyber Threat Intelligence.
Executive Level written and oral communication skills required.
Previous partnership engagement and outreach experience with IC and Private Sector partners.
Working knowledge of Cyber Threat Intelligence.
Experience working in the IC.

Responsibilities

Outreach and engagement within a functional area.
Analyze reports to draw conclusions about programmatic efficiencies and value.
Develop and deliver required contracts, departmental, project and/or financial reports to the customer, partners and stakeholders.
Support partnership engagement and outreach by facilitating planning, logistics, development and execution of conferences, symposiums and events.
Provide input into operational and strategic communication plans to drive utilization of client programs.
Coordinate, schedule, and facilitate partnership engagements with senior officials and executives from the public and private sectors and academia.
Develop briefings, talking points, and point papers in line with requirements specified in the client's strategic partnership plan.
Acts as a technical liaison with partners.
Facilitates and coordinates working group meetings and authors post meeting reports and summaries of conclusions.
Uses JIRA to receive, process, track, and monitor requests for specific services.
