As we continue to grow our sponsorship and exhibition capabilities, we’re looking for an experienced Senior Partner Success Manager to support a portfolio of strategically important sponsor accounts across global events and exhibitions. About the Role The Senior Partner Success Manager will oversee the seamless delivery of sponsorship packages for a select portfolio of high-profile sponsor accounts that are strategically important to our client. Acting as the primary point of contact for partners, this role serves as an extension of the sales and fulfilment teams, supporting sponsors as they transition from investment through to execution. You’ll ensure sponsors are fully supported in maximizing their investment, delivering flawless event participation and exceptional ROI through world-class service, operational excellence and strategic partnership management. This role supports end-to-end sponsorship delivery across global events including booth experiences, content and sessions, digital activations, custom sponsorships, graphics, registration and onsite execution.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing high-profile clients, sponsors or partner accounts within events, sponsorship or exhibition environments
  • Significant experience delivering sponsorship and exhibitor programmes at a senior level
  • Strong track record of delivering exceptional customer service and relationship management
  • Experience working across multiple events, projects and stakeholder groups simultaneously
  • Strong understanding of sponsorship products, custom activations and event production
  • Proven senior-level project management experience, ideally using Monday.com or similar tools
  • Strong diplomacy, communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong financial and business acumen
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills including Teams, Excel, PowerPoint and OneNote
  • Comfortable creating and presenting executive-level materials and updates
  • Ability to work autonomously within a distributed and fast-paced environment
  • Based in the USA
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally throughout the year
  • Ability to work across time zones as required
  • Quiet home working environment

Nice To Haves

  • Experience using sponsorship exhibitor platforms such as RainFocus (desirable)
  • Experience working within the Microsoft ecosystem is desirable

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned sponsor partners across a portfolio of global events
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders within partner organizations
  • Provide strategic and tactical guidance to partners regarding sponsorship execution and event participation
  • Communicate updates, risks and changes proactively to internal teams, clients and sponsors
  • Deliver a consistent white-glove experience across all interactions and touchpoints
  • Act as the voice of the sponsor internally, ensuring sponsor priorities and objectives are fully understood and delivered
  • Partner with internal sponsorship teams and client workstreams to execute sponsorship deliverables including booths, digital assets, content, demand generation and custom activations
  • Collaborate directly with clients onsite and support live event troubleshooting as required
  • Manage communication cadence with sponsors, ensuring agendas, action items and follow-ups are clearly documented and progressed
  • Track project timelines and proactively mitigate risks to ensure seamless delivery and sponsor satisfaction
  • Provide executive-level status updates and reporting to clients and stakeholders
  • Support Account Directors and Sales Leads in achieving retention and growth across key sponsor accounts
  • Mentor and support colleagues, promoting best practice in sponsorship delivery and project management
  • Share knowledge and contribute positively to team culture and continuous improvement
  • Participate actively in client and agency account discussions, helping shape future sponsorship engagement strategies
  • Maintain strong knowledge of team systems, tools, resources and operational processes
