About The Position

Nteractive is a global events and communications agency that brings experiences to life for major technology and lifestyle brands. They are seeking an experienced Sponsorship Experiences Manager to join their US team, focusing on global technology conferences and exhibitions. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional sponsor and exhibitor experiences, managing relationships with sponsors, clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless event delivery and maximize sponsor value. The manager will guide sponsors through all stages of participation, including booth experiences, content, digital elements, and onsite execution.

Requirements

  • Experience working in sponsorship or exhibition execution within events, conferences or trade shows.
  • Proven experience managing sponsorship or exhibitor programmes across multiple projects.
  • Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
  • Strong project management skills with experience managing timelines, deliverables and multiple workstreams simultaneously.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Monday.com or similar platforms.
  • Strong communication, diplomacy and negotiation skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills including Teams, PowerPoint, OneNote and Excel.
  • Strong business acumen and proactive problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, distributed team environment.
  • Based on the West Coast, USA.
  • Ability to undertake domestic and international travel throughout the year.
  • Ability to work across time zones as required.
  • Quiet home working environment.
  • Minimum broadband speed: 25MB download / 2MB upload.

  • Experience working with sponsorship exhibitor resource platforms such as RainFocus.
  • Experience working within the Microsoft ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver a first-class sponsor and exhibitor experience across multiple events and programmes.
  • Manage sponsors through the execution of sponsorship packages and additional marketing opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain sponsor readiness materials, policies, timelines, technical specifications and guidance documents.
  • Ensure sponsors are aligned to project milestones, timelines and deliverables.
  • Support the development of strategic sponsor relationships and identify opportunities for account growth and retention in collaboration with sales teams.
  • Drive continuous improvement across sponsor engagement and delivery processes.
  • Act as the voice of the sponsor internally, ensuring sponsor priorities and requirements are understood and delivered.
  • Collaborate directly with client workstreams and support onsite event troubleshooting.
  • Coordinate timelines and execution across sponsorship elements including booths, content, digital assets and activations.
  • Support financial tracking, forecasting, reporting and risk mitigation related to sponsorship programmes where appropriate.
  • Maintain clear communication across clients, sponsors, vendors and internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Be an active contributor within the sponsorship account team, sharing knowledge and supporting best practice.
  • Support across a wider portfolio of client events and sponsorship programmes as needed.
  • Contribute actively to agency and client account calls.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of sponsorship systems, tools, resources and operational processes.
